RETURN POLICY

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@conscon.com.au or (02) 8608 5673, and we will provide you with further instructions on our refund or exchange policy. 

Our guarantee

We will refund or exchange if the item/s has any fault. In these cases, we will pay the postage fee for sending it back to us.
If you change your mind, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice. 

  2. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us (except for faulty items)

  3. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.

  4. Due to hygienical reasons, we will not accept returns for Panties and products come with Panty (except for faulty items and meet the other conditions contained in our return and refund policy).

  5. We must receive back the product/s in original condition, including all plastic wrapping.

  6. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions

Faulty Items Returns

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or  providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

How to return

You can return your order by completing all sections the Online Return/ Exchange Form and post it along with a copy of your receipt to our Return/ Exchange address and indicate the reason of the return. We will credit your original method of payment and currency.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by ConsCon.  Please contact customer service to organise reply paid postage.

Refund policy

Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive your products. Once received, we will inspect and process the products within 48 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. Please note that depend on your bank; refunds may take up to 5 business days to clear.

If you choose to refund rather than exchange, $7.50 may be deducted from your refund amount to cover our pre-paid postage costs.

Exchange policy

  • If your garment is not right size for you, and you would like to exchange for a different size, you can do this by sending the garment back to us. Redelivery will be free of charge.

  • In order to replace item/s, simply enter item/s details (such as size, colour or quantity) that you want to make an exchange in Exchange field of Return Exchange Form (Download here).

  • If you want to replace a model and cannot see it being available online, please contact us online to make sure we have the desired model in stock.

If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment.
