WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Our system will send you automatically a confirmation email of your order. We understand that you are desperate to receive ConsCon pieces, so we will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. You will receive an email from us once we despatch your order. Thus, you can know when your parcel can arrive. Delivery times very much depend on where you live.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I SUBMIT IT?

Yes, if you change your mind after you click “Place Order”, you can email us or ring us. We will happy to assist you. If your order is already shipped, we cannot change or cancel your purchase.  However, after you receive your purchase, if you are not happy with it. Just simply fill a Refund/ Exchange Form and then send it back to us. Find out more information on Return Policy.

HOW DO I ENTER A PROMO CODE?

All valid promotional codes need to be filled into the “Promotion Code” field before check out. A discount amount will be applied for your purchase.
